開工易為全港首間註冊小型工程承建商開工文件及牌照顧問，敝 司成立目的是希望憑藉我們的專業知識及豐富經驗，以協助業界能順利開展工程及竣工。 自成立以來，一直秉持態度認真、專業可靠為我們的服務宗旨，致力提供迅速、實際及可靠的專業意見及顧問服務予業界人士。

服務項目

  • 顧問服務: 申請註冊屋宇署一般承建商(RGBC)及小型工程牌照(RMWC)顧問服務。
  • 代辨服務: 代辨第 I / II / III 級別小型工程開工及完工申報手續。
  • 檢驗服務: 強制驗窗服務 、 強制驗樓服務。
  • 入則服務: 加建及改建入則服務。
  • 轉介服務: 免費轉介註冊小型工程承建商予業主
    (例如: 清拆僭建物樓宇維修翻新,裝拆冷氣, 更換鋁窗等)。
  • 其他服務: 提供註冊安全主任進行風險評估、結構計算報告等等。
